Someone needs to explain to me WHY having your pants falling off is so cool. I mean, they have boxers underneath so it isn't like everyone gets a peek at their crack or anything. Besides, it looks like they have pooped their pants and don't want it to touch them, so they let it hang down low. This answer she be *AS I SEE IT* lol
