Wells Fargo recently became the sponsor of the Mocha Moms 2010 regional conferences, and this time they are bringing it to Maryland. Wells Fargo willdeliver financial education tools and programs to members of this national non-profit support
organization for at-home mothers of color through a series of customized seminars.. Information will include retirement savings, wealth building, investing, and planning.
Additionally the conference will offer parenting and technology workshops. There will also be mom time with a relaxing spa session, shopping, and a mocha mixer. The Mid-Atlantic conference will take place August 20-22nd in National Harbor, MD.
The remaining 2010 regional conferences are open to the organization’s membership and will take place in the following cities: Phoenix, Ariz.; New Orleans, La.; Windsor, Conn.; and Charlotte, N.C.

Very informative--does sound like a good conference. It's good to know that there are events like this where sisters can get together and support each other. I'm looking forward to being a mocha mom...one day--perhaps aiming to be pregnant by this time next year. Also, glad to come across a fellow Jamaican in this blogging universe :) God Bless!
