I offered to be my friend's personal shopper for everything from decorating the nursery to which bassinet stroller to purchase. I hope my experience and expertise makes her preparations for her little bundle of joy a little less stressful.

Neat-o! I will keep that in mind if I do have a baby girl one day--personal shopper--that's awesome :) I don't have any experience in this but I would say it makes more sense that girls would be more fun to shop for.
Oh tell me about it. I like the fact that you can get girls clothes at a better price. I went shopping for my baby girl the other day. For her Birthday. I've come to realize I don't like clothes decored with glitter. It looks so hazardous & I always find glitter somewhere on there body. Oh BTW enjoy shopping for your friend. I think you're more excited than she is. LOL
Having both genders in this house I must agree with you that yes shopping for girls is soooo much easier. Daughters will have you filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy what with all the frills and cute things going on all over these stores. You can find girls dresses all year round. Boys? Maaaaybe twice a year if that. Thank goodness for Ebay is all I'm going to say about that. :o)
My best, Lynn
I loveeeee shopping for mu little girl as much as I hate it lol. Too muc cute stuff to choose from! I can go crazy clothes shopping for baby.
How could anything be more fun to shop for than ruffly lace dresses?!!!
I do have fun shopping for my little girl :) There are so many cute things to choose from.
I often bemoan the lack of options for boys but I don't think I'd be a good girl shopper. I don't care much for frilly stuff so she'd be a tomboy if it were left up to me! I suspect my mother would not allow that though because she would buy the baby more clothes than I would!
I like shopping for boys best...even when I had my very own girl I would go and look at the boys stuff first :)
Girls things are just cuter. I agree.
