- 4-star hotels. From the grandeur architecture and landscaping, to the amenities, to the staff who trip over themselves to cater to your every whim. It made me want to move in. Being treated like royalty has its pluses. (photo credit: by Brent Flanders)
- Redemptive behavior. Marlie was a devil on the plane ride to Phoenix. I actually started to worry that we might not be able to do much traveling with her. She did a complete 180 on the trip back. She was a total angel. Then again, she slept the whole way.
- Phoenix. I love any city that thinks 65 degrees is cold, but I was still wary of Phoenix due to it's political climate. It was nothing like I expected. The mountains are breath-taking and no one asked to see my papers.

I think sleeping makes many things better. I'll be linking up shortly. Have some computer issues.
Love love love ANY excuse to hang in a 4 star hotel! Looks like you and Marlie throughly enjoyed yourselves. Hope Damon didn't have to work too hard ; )
I think me and some girl friends are going to Phoenix but I too was worried about the weirdo politics going on there. Arizona is a mess right now! Glad no one asked for your papers. lmao
I could use a 4 star hotel and a massage right now! Glad that you enjoyed Arizona. I'm playing along today too. Enjoy your day Teresha!
Sounds like a great time! I'm glad the trip back went better.
Love a good hotel. It is so relaxing to stay somewhere that takes care of you. Especially because we moms are always looking out for everyone else.
Sounds like Arizona took good care of you.
Thanks for your comment on Nation of Moms. I am with you, toddlers need to play and joining them in on our daily work chores is one of the best ways to "play" together AND get our work done. I bet it is pretty cute to watch your little one feed the dog.
Happy Thursday.

so glad you had a good trip! my cousin lives in AZ and has a son close in age to my daughter. i know what you mean about the poltical climate. i'm hoping to make a trip out there this year though so the cousins can meet!
I would be loving those things too. I have yet to take my daughters on an airplane, I have no idea how they would act. I am sure it would be an experience we would never forget!
